If you are looking for a more private and ample space, we have an area designed for Mobile Homes, which, following the Posada del Sol RV & MH Park scheme, is surrounded by endemic trees and allows a pleasant coexistence with nature and above all with a great variety of birds.
Payments should be made in one payment in advance.
Annual rent is only valid if paid by the first 5 days of October, if not monthly rate will apply.

From the nature that surrounds it, the environment of its residents and the different activities that you can find around it. You will enjoy every moment.
During our winter season you can find different full seasonal organized recreational activities at the park, organized by the committee of residents and the main goal is to have fun during the season. –you can find from dominoes games to concerts and dancing events.
At our facilities you will have access to different activities from swimming at our 50ft heated swimming pool, or dancing at the recreational hall. We also have 3 private fishing ponds where you can either spend the afternoon relaxing watching the birds or just walk around. We also provide wireless internet with different hot spots through the park.
We are located at the valley, in a quite country location on the Arroyo Colorado River, yet only 3 miles from Valle Vista Mall. We count with lush subtropical vegetation and we are nearby the Gulf of Mexico. We are near outstanding medical facilities, half hour away to South Padre Island.
be the prettiest park. It is small and the people are friendly. Nice walking path below the park along the river. The pool is very large and hot tub is pleasant for relaxing in. It isn’t perfect as the other large parks are but I don’t see it as a health hazard.
September 2020We have been at Posada del Sol almost 20 years. There’s a reason for that! The beautiful park is filled with wildlife. It has huge shade trees, a very nice pool & friendly residents. We are miles from a highway which makes for a very quiet park.
September 2020From the first time I came down the road wondering what could be down here I have been impressed with the people. They have all been like family from my first season. Like family we sometimes complain, but get really upset if anyone else says something bad about our family. Added to the people the vegetation is beautiful, and the wild life are all great for photography.
September 20205 years ago my husband, Gary and I tried out Posada del Sol and fell in love with the park and the residents. What lovely friends we have made. Gary planned on us retiring there in Aug of 09 but he went to heaven that month before we could get moved. I have gone ahead with all of his plans to remodel my Park Model as he wanted. He felt he could leave me there safely with our «new family» and friends. It has made it so much easier going thru the grieving with all my friends/family here.
